ASSOCIATE TRAINER
Associate Trainers have clients assigned to them under the supervision of a Mentor or Senior Trainer. You will learn how to interact with clients, basic anatomy, kinesiology, and sales. As an Associate Trainer, you will help clients on the floor under the supervision of a more experienced trainer. We help you prepare to test for the certifications required to progress. You will receive assistance in developing your client book.
TRAINER
By this point in your training, you will be providing Personal and Semi-Private Training. You will be trained in nutrition, and client motivation. You will be evaluated on client successes, client retention, and the expansion of your client book.
SENIOR TRAINER
Senior Trainers are professional trainers in every way. They have built a comfortable wage and produce results for their clients.
MENTOR
Mentors assist in training the less experienced trainers and earn commission on their own clients as well as the clients of the less experienced trainers assigned to them. They happily assist all less experienced trainers to achieve success. They are Senior Trainers that have committed to passing on their skills and knowledge to other trainers.
